Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship only to addresses within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time & Shipping Fee

  • Estimated Shipping time: 9–16 business days (U.S.)
  • Standard shipping fee: USD $5.99

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, severe weather conditions, or local postal processing delays. Sugargaze is not responsible for delays caused by these circumstances.


Shipping Notification

It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Once the tracking number becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Incorrect Shipping Information

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, name, or contact information, please contact our customer service at
support@sugargaze.com within 2 hours after completing payment.

Please note:

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
  • Sugargaze is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost Packages

If your tracking status shows that your package is marked as “lost” or “missing,” please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Shipping Origin & Duties

Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Zhejiang, China, or Hong Kong.
We do not charge import duties, and all prices shown on our website are tax-inclusive.
